October 24, 20187 yr hey everybody, just paid a big money to have 744 and 748 fully operational (including Navigraph subcription). i have 744 updated to ver. 3.00.9008 and can't update it successfuly to 3.00.9019 748 is updated to 3.00.9019 with no issue. or let say that's what is in my ops center. i tried to open a query with support. all support pages seems to be down... any idea what to do? thank you very much for your help. michael jon

October 24, 20187 yr Hello! I have almost the same problem. Anyway I suppose it is all connected. I've bought PMDG 737NGX and received all links including key for activation. But at the moment of activation there is an Error occured saying that activation server in unavailable. Wanted to contact support but it's server, seems, down as well? Can you help me please....
