Getting an add on aircraft to start with engines running

I put my FSX Milviz F-15 in P3D v4 and the external model and VC display just fine, but it starts up with the engines off and using CTRL + E won't start them, it tries to, but it kind of sputters and peters out after about 30 seconds. I also tried starting one of the other aircraft that I know starts up with the engines running, and then switching over to the Milviz F-15, but that doesn't work either.

Is there any way to "force" it to start with the engines running thru a cfg file or something..??

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
