Hi,

went to install the manager and got this error.

Ran as admin but no go.

I have win 10 and p3dv4.3

Well contacting the software developer would be ideal, if I have to trow a guess there could be two reasons for this problem:

1) You have already installed this software before and the new installation is trying to run the uninstall to remove the previous version, which for some reason is failing to proceed.

2) Your current antivirus is preventing the installation from performing from important tasks, check your current antivirus logs to see if it reveals anything.
