Chase Plane too many activations

I went to start my P3Dv4 today and received a message saying that the Chase Plane had been activated on too many machines and that I needed to contact chase plane to have an activation reset. I have only installed it on one computer. I do have a second computer, a laptop which I have recently reset to factory settings. I did have some old prop products on this second computer but had not reinstalled any old prop products since I reset the laptop computer. I had not attempted to install the chase Plane on the second computer prior to resetting it.

Is there an explanation for this as I can't understand why it says I have had too many activations when I have oinly installed it once.
