August 30, 200619 yr It seems I am unable to resize the 2d panel or any of the subpanels laterally while in fullscreen mode. Is this possible? I have Triplehead to go with three monitors so maybe people haven't noticed this in normal setups. Even in the virtual cockpit the GPS and radio stack popups are stretched laterally and I cant resize them to get them out of the way. The new camera views are nice but if I have to go to the panel cfg to adjust the window size in each plane this is going to be a major pain. Also I tried windowed mode and it worked but has a lot of graphical anomalies when you drag and resize the windows. Any sugesstions?Regards, Carlos
August 31, 200619 yr I noticed that also. It doesn't bother me too much, as I am seldom satisfied with the default GPS size and location....so I usually resize/relocate it in the panel.cfg....makes my choices permanent instead of resizing/relocating each time I fly. On the other hand, I'm not sure why they did away with that feature. I notice it is still possible to resize the ATC box in fullscreen mode.
September 1, 200619 yr The thing is since I run three monitors and when I want to fly an aircraft with only 2d panels and no VC I usually resize the main forward view to the center monitor and put the overhead or radios on the left monitor and GPS/FMC/pedestal on the right. Thats my normal setup for 2d panels and works fine in fullscreen mode with triplehead to go in FS9. Is there a way to resize the main panel in the panel cfg so it occupies only the center monitor? If not then there's are a lot of aircraft that won't work for me in FSX with my setup. This may be related to the side views problem in another thread. Thanks, Carlos
September 1, 200619 yr Author Hi,In the panel.cfg file you could try editing the size_mm= line in the main panel section. This might work??Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___ Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page
