When PMDG 737 is activated with PREPAR 3 D, characters are not displayed in the HUD. It will not be displayed even if the controller is turned. Have you been able to resolve similar problems?

Most probably a corrupt dll.xml. Please open a support ticket from the support portal (support.precisionmanuals.com) to look at it.
