Just bought a copy of this from SimMarket

When starting it asks me to register for online account, when doing so i am informed that the licenceopened a ticket  has already been assigned to an existing user. I opened a ticket at simamrket and they refereed me to HIfI, i have opened a ticket there too but havent had a response yet. 

I was wondering if there was a simple solution i may have missed?

More than likely an issue with their license server.

Wait a while for their response, they are probably busy trying to sort this out with you and other customers.
