Can't update my file

Hello. I have Boeing 747-400 from PMDG. Now the PMDG Operation Center doesn't allow me to update the file. This is the reason that i can't install the newest version of Boeing 747-8 which i bought few days ago from PMDG store. Please help me to finish with it.

 Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.
Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

Login to your PMDG account, download the latest installer from the 747-400 from your previous orders. Uninstall the one you have installed and install using the new installer and you will be all set.
