Unable to make a purcahse at PMDG Site

Tried making a purchase today (several attempts), used three types of cards (Discover, AMEX, MC etc.) still no success. Kept getting the same message as shown in the screenshot below. Wanted to get the 737 NGX base package. Btw, all credit cards are active and at least one of them was used today to make other online purchases and it worked. Also called the credit cards and there does not seem to be any issue at their end or on my credit availability.

Also, does PMDG not have an email or phone number for handling/responding to customers?.....I could not find one on the site.
