Valentin, please deactivate your firewall and/or anti virus software as it can easily prohibit a third party programm to connect to the internet (which the activation process actually IS). If it still doesn't work, please open a support ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com, as this is a user-to-user forum and we can't do anything about activation issues. You'll have to register a new account at the support site that is different from your customer account. ,
