This one took me a while to solve - The problem is my VC camera view would be fine for about 10 flights and then would be corrupt as far as zoom and aspect ratio when I reload the saved flight. Could not be fixed.

Turned out that P3D saves some camera / view settings in the scenario settings and I always use the same scenario named 'Enroute'. 

To get things right I only needed to delete my saved Enroute.* user files and start over.   In the past this would also fix flight crashes.
