August 13, 200619 yr Whenever I start FSX, I have to reset my Texture Bandwidth to 200 or greater. It reverts back to 0 after FSX terminates. Is there a way to PERMANENTLY set this parameter in the FSX config and not have to do this every time? Stan
August 13, 200619 yr Haven't tried changing that myself so far, but if it reverts to 0 each time I would assume that FSX ignores the setting anyway. Which admittedly would raise the question why it's there at all.Regards,http://www.bremmekamp.com/img/misc/avsim.jpg
August 13, 200619 yr I don't think FSX ignores it because, it seems that my frames go up with 200+ inserted there. I've read other threads on this forum where others feel the same way.Maybe tdragger can comment if he reads this.
August 13, 200619 yr Use 'Save' and 'Load' in the demo's 'Settings' screen. You can edit the saved profile and it will retain those settings. All you need to do is not forget loading it before you take off! :-) Kind rgds Jaap
August 13, 200619 yr OK....if you say it retains the setting when I load it from FSX, I believe you. I'll try it. Stan
August 14, 200619 yr It's a great feature, you're totally free to create numerous cfgs. Easy to swap, so
