GLOBE elevation data unavailable

I know it's not directly connected to P3D. I've just discovered free Little NavMap flight-planning tool and wanted to "improve elevation data" only to discover that GLOBE elevation data is currently unavailable. Hope this is due to the (temporary) US government shutdown [lapse in appropriation]? Can someone legally share his downloaded copy of GLOBE data? Knowing Trump, this shutdown can last for quite some time...

EDIT : There's already an answer in the dedicated AVSim forum, sorry for bothering. Hoping shutdown won't last long.
