Hi All: Just wondering if this setting, or somethingakin to it, is present in FSX. Just curious as on my system FS9 really dosen't like anything overModerate. The fps don't suffer much but stutters and hitches are badwhen set to the right. Also visually doesn't seem any better when maxed. I ask because I haven't D/L yet....I have dialup but my son in lawhas highspeed. :-jumpy So next week sometime I'll find out if mycoal fired system can run this sucker:-lol Regards Denny

It does indeed exist in FSX. If you go to Options -> Settings -> Display you'll see "Global texture resolution" in the top right corner of the first ("Graphics") tab under "Global Options".
