I discovered starting a flight with P3DV4 that the controller profiles have disappeared.

I opened SFUIPC within the sim and the axi/ buttons register but there is no profile attached.

Please help as, after much work flight planning and setting up the system I would now dearly like to enjoy a fly.

I'm not aware of how to attach the Init file. The following is part of it:
