Loss of control surface

Hi all,

I am using the Alberto PA38 and i keep losing control of my control surfaces. The yolk is turning but when i look at the surfaces they are not moving. The trim also moves around without touching it. It seems to be an intermittent problem that sometimes happens on the ground, other times when i am flying. I have turned off damage in the p3d menu to see if it was that but it still happens.

there are no failures either.

 

Any advice?

calibration? had similar issues but after looking for what each axis does it's fixed now
