First impression:Thank you ACES for all the hard work I think the sim has a lot of potential... appreciated the small preview here....Like the slider options and textures...- Textures and water are stunning love the effects too...- Water behaviour is far better as FS9 what a difference to takeoff and land...- Sound and enviroment gives a far better overall experience... - Window reflections + backlights in the VC :-) + the new bump maps on the Aircraft :-) that will be paint fun :-)- Mission editor will be great fun to use and make some great missions :-)- Cloud shadows...Had some problems also runtime errors + CTD after using and testing the menu and options but sent the error report via the buildin report system...Like the new menu features too...A great concern is performance but since it's a pre release demo will ofcourse wait for the final product...Running on 6800GT 256MB ddr3 + 1.5GB ddr 400 memory with a 3700+ amd64 processor and a 10000 rpm hd... 4AA * 16AFAs it stands now current hardware in the air FPS between 20 till 24 FPS but on the airport 14 fps.... going to test some more enjoy your great work ...Missing the option of running textures in DXT3 should be great to choose 32Bit or DTX3 or maybe DXT5?Thanks again for the preview... can't wait for the final deluxe version hehehe....Curious which hardware can run this one with the sliders at 50 till 75% ?Sorry one after burner the AI cars look they are driving like race cars :-lolAndr
