Not able to open Chaseplane

Hi

I purchased Chaseplane last saturday. Unfortunately since day 1 I‘m not able to use it. The Programm chrashes each time I try to start it. Always when the start screen shows „initialise aircraft and presets“ it crashes.

I reinstalled many times, cleaned the registry, deactivated even the firewall and Ativirus. I run it as admin and I realy have no idea what more to do. I sent several Crashlogs to [email protected] but didn‘t get an answer:-(

I hope that some of you can help me out. 

Here are parts of two reports:

1.

Installed Sim Platforms: P3Dv4 "D:\P3D4\"

Exception: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: n. Path '', line 0, position 0.

2.

Exception: 

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
