February 17, 20197 yr I've recently cleaned out my computer to improve performance and currently in the process of restoring all my payware aircraft. I need to login to my pmdg account to retrieve the installer and activation key for the 737ngx that I purchased back in 2017. when I try to reset my password it says my email is not associated with the website and strangely enough i could make a new account with that same email. i know i used this email to purchase the 737. I have tried everything including searching my emails and files for a confirmation email/ receipt of my purchase. this is very frustrating

Support.precisionmanuals.com you‘ll need to register a seperate support account there. You Can use the email you used for purchase, that might simplify everything. ,
