Hi everyone. I just bought the 747-400V3 for P3Dv4. When I try to load the plane, all the screens are off, the yoke is stuck in to the right, throttle is at full. Nothing works, and nothing will turn on. I should point out, I was never asked for my activation key. Even after I tried reinstalling the aircraft, it won’t work nor did it ask for my activation key. Any suggestions?

 Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

 

What P3D version are you running? Open P3D in any airport got to HELP and about. What are the P3D and simconnect versions?

Hi. I don’t really know what you mean by signature block.  I am running P3D version 4.3.29.25520 and SimConnect version 4.3.0.0
