When I installed the B737-800 I did not get the livery manager to also install.

 

Is there anywhere I can go to install just the livery manager wizard?

When you install any PMDG aircraft the PMDG Operations Center will also be installed. Open that, select the 737NGX on the left and go to the livery manager. In other words, what you're looking for is integrated in the Ops Center.
