how can i use mce without it opens p3d4 atc.I always fly online so i don`t use the flightsim atc.

When mce runs trough the flows or checklist it opens other windows  , i use virtual cockpit inthe MJC dash, the screen is halve black , I have to click with mouse  to get the whole VC back.
