atc.dll modification

Featured Replies

Recently stumbled across an atc modification called “FS9.1 ATC Modification”. It’s already mentioned and discussed in 2012 here in the FS2004 Forum, see https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/374310-how-do-i-edit-atc-instructions/ and on another webpage here http://calclassic.proboards.com/thread/4931

If you’re sometimes feeling mobbed and hoaxed by Fs9 atc, then you should give it a try.

There’s just a little downside when you’re using the new atc.dll: You’ll lose position an size of your atc window in your saved flights and, if you don’t care, all instructions in atc window are in english.

For size and position of the window there might be a work around for you by using “FlusiFix V6.5” but first start a flight, position and resize the window to your like and don’t close it, then save the flight (just for example named y). Go to your saved Flight Simulator Files and open the recently saved *.flt file with a text editor and search for a section called “[Air Traffic Control]”, below that section you’ll get the recently adjusted atc window data. Copy the section name and all data and create it via FlusiFix (section own functions) for all your desired *.flt files.

Download of the modification available here https://www.mediafire.com/?68bgf92er8x5atf including some variations and a readme file.
