I went thru Basque country on the ground, and the majestic Pyrenees on my way to Madrid, for the first time in my life in 2017 on my eighth trip to Europe since I was 15 in '77--my previous seven trips never took me to Spain or the Atlantic coast of France and my previous trip way back in '95 was for my work with IBM and Holiday Inn in Bologna Italy with a stop in Frankfurt coming and going on my Lufthansa and USAirways flights.  Thought I would remember Eddie Rickenbacker and France's commitment to two world wars in these photos.  Also should mention last shot is from central Biarritz itself, which I took in 2017.
