ATR not appear after selection

Hello,
The ATR appears well in the menu of available planes.
When I select the aircraft does not appear in the image and I am told that the visual model can not be displayed?
what to do?

Does Carenado offer both an FSX and a P3D version of the aircraft?  I know that a P3D only model will not show in FSX as you are describing.

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
