ctd with King air on Prepar3d V.4

HI to all, i used this airplane many times with a lot of fun in several simulators. Now i tried, many times, to use it on prepar3d v.4 but I have CTD wit kernelbase.dll error:

I unistall and reinstall the airplane but the problem is the same....How can I solve the problem?
