Correct order to install the REX EF and Tomatoshade

Hello All,

Just picked up the REX EF during the sale. I was wondering what the correct order to install the EF with tomatoshade is. I'm currently on default shaders. Should I run tomatoshade first, and then install EF or the other way round ?

Also, which folder should I back up so that I may restore the orginal shaders if required ?
