Problem with UT Live

I have installed Southwest Airlines 737-700 aircraft to UT Live when I go to the texture assignment drop down menu the 737-700 aircraft is missing I tried to uninstall the application and reinstall it but no luck so far. I don't know what could be causing this issue?
