I usually download liveries from pmdg site 

now the direct me to operation center on my computer where they ask me to buy the plane again 

tell me what to do ?.

Something has removed your registry entries that tell the OC that you have the plane installed.

The first step is to stop using programs that will unnecessarily delete registry entries - CCleaner, Dell's Support program, among others. From there, reinstall the plane.
