Any of the screens, but especially the (in)famous screen where everyone comments on how "big" the trees next to the highway are...Assumption is that places like parking lots have stationary cars and roads have moving vehicles...

The shot with the police helo in the rain shows an early implementation of moving vehicles. Currently there's a bug where they don't move in screenshots.
