September 12, 20196 yr Hi, I installed the Linda version _3_0_12_Standard_v1. Everything worked without problems. All switches and buttons could be activated. Now I finished the P3Dv4.5 and started it again after one hour. Linda was not started. Instead this message came from Windows: This version is not compatible with the running Windows version. Open the computer's system information to check if a 32-bit or 54-bit version of the program is required and contact the publisher of the software. My PC knowledge is not sufficient to understand what that means. I am using Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit, P3Dv4.5 and the FSLabs A320 Does anyone have any idea what happened? regards Horst Edited September 12, 20196 yr by Hossi
September 14, 20196 yr LINDA is a 32-bit program that can work with 32-bit FSX and 64-bit P3Dv4 using the appropriate version of FSUIPC - 4.x for 32-bit and 5.x for 64-bit. FSUIPC provides the interface. I have not seen or heard of the error you report. LINDA can be started manually or automatically through FSUIPCX.ini [programs] section. You must have a fully registered paid version of FSUIPC. September 16, 20196 yr Author Hi, now LINDA works again. But that was also an odyssey. I had the opportunity to get acquainted with a former BWL/Informatik to entertain students. I took the opportunity to talk to the students and told him about my problem. The answer came almost as if shot out of a pistol, the zip file LINDA_3_0_9_Standard_v4.zip with the right mouse button to open the Properties window. Then for Security see if there's a text there: The file comes from another computer. Access was granted for security reasons. may be blocked. If yes, then click on the "Allow" button. Finally, all files that have something to do with Linda in the same way. and click the Allow button if necessary. After that the spook should be over. Right. Meanwhile I have shut down the PC four times and restarted. So far Linda is doing well I hope that's it. So that I can now finally activate all switches and use my OVHD panel replica again. Best regards ciao horst
