real traffic time offset

hello, im a user of Real Traffic. Great software, in connection with PSXSeecontraffic.

I have a problem: when i set the slider time offset, (for example 5 hours ago)  the radar panel shows me only 2 or 3 planes even if i know that there were planes taxiing and landing. (i checked it on flightradar24). 

it seems only show some planes flying high but not the ones on approach or taking off or on the ground. Everything is well checked. could someone help me? real traffic doesnt have a fórum support.
