C172N stalls on install

Hello Gang, 

I just purchased the C172N. I'm running the latest P3D V4 with the latest hotfix.  When I install the C172N, I input my email and Serial #, point to where P3D v4 is located and the green status bar goes nearly to the end and then stalls.  I've waited for about an hour and nothing past the 90% install.

Any ideas?
