With version 11.10.4 - problem is solved.

Thanks Bob for the response.....But I don't have MSFS 2024 installed....

With this latest version, the APP will load but will stall. This is for MSFS 2020. Did not have this issue previously. Since the latest version 10.1.1 PSXT gives the error "If_startUpPSXT: ....The cannot find the path speci..." And then closes. I've tried a clean install but no change

I've noticed when flying into smaller airports with an ILS approach, I'm sent downwind for over 50 miles. One time, I was sent so far downwind that when I was finally turned for the 50 mile final, I was vectored into a mountain. Thanks, Matt

Did you get this resolved --- if not it looks like the culprit is missing text in the dml.xml file. Read all about it further down in the threads.
