How do you import FS9 aircraft into the FSX Beta?

I'm sure this has been asked before and answered a hundred times. I am sorry. I did a search for some time but I am new at this forum and I may very well have been doing something wrong. If someone wouldn't mind nudging me in the right direction... :-newbie

I wouldn't try it with most payware - though some folks have gone to the trouble.Basically copy the aircraft's folder over to the FSX aircraft folder - it's located under the SimObjects folder. Some folks have modified the FSX.cfg to also point to their FS2004 aircraft folder. You will also need to copy the gauges for the panel over to the FSX gauges folder if they are not in the aircraft folder.Be aware that MS has finally ended support for the FS98 gauges used in a lot of panels. Too much would have to be left out to make them work. So you may have to do some panel reconfiguration.

Ok, sounds straight forward enough. Thanks!
