When I use DXT3 textures on my aircraft (doesn't matter if I change them to DXT3 using imagetool.exe or if they are DXT3 by install - like this LDS livery), they look like this! I can "fix" that by zooming all the way in with +, which apparently loads high resolution mips. Even if I load highres ones, if I change back to cockpit and then after some time change back out again, I have the same lowres textures...see pic.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/157025.jpg

Hi,Try removing your mip maps, either with Image tool or with DXTBmp. This usually fixes it for most people. Otherwise, the zoom in technique is it.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___

Point is that I want to have mipmaps, because that gives me nicer textures (better aliased and smoother). 32bit are not as well aliased compared to DXT3.
