P3D black screen and non responding when select 747 !!!

When selecting the PMDG747II to flight, the P3D screen becomes fully black and non responding, reinstall the aircraft doesn't fix the problem !!!

Note: the other aircrafts work great.

Also i have a kaspersky, i didn't found any issue with any of other addons.

So plz help me to fix this!!
