What is the best way to clean up gauges/effects that belong to aircraft that have been removed that didn't have an uninstall. Mostly freeware...thanks for any advice.

Mostly freeware...>>thanks for any advice.Look for 'gauge cleaner' in AVSIM file library (and "other" sites). By the way, because I try out loads of freeware aircraft, I always put the gauges in the panel folder so that they are deleted with the aircraft.Dave

I use Flight Sim Manager - in the library.Give you the option to remove AND backup those gauges and effects, or just remove them. And will seek them out as well. Lots of uses for that wonderful piece of freeware! Allcott
