fsAerodata and elevation issues P3D v4.5 HF2 and 3rd party addons

Just a heads up if you use fsAerodata. I noticed an elevation issue at Orbx PAVD this past Saturday and couldn't solve until I dumped the scenery.cfg file and it was fine after regenerating the Orbx entries but not the fsAerodata scenery entries. Putting the fsAerodata entries below the 3rd party airports works.
