Saving Windows on 2nd Graphics Card

I am currently running P3D v4 and I have 2 graphics cards in my PC.  The 1st is an Nvidia used to drive 2 Projectors using Immersive Display Pro and the other is a AMD which is used to drive my display on my RealSimGear GNS 530 running Reality-XP.  So my question is how can I save the location of the window used for Reality-XP in the RealSimGear?  I have tried to set all the windows and save the flight and make it my default.  All the other displays are loading correctly, just not the GPS.  Any ideas??
