Just curious, short of trying to fabricate them, is there a place where you can get realistic knobs, buttons, push switches etc for building custom panels?

Is it possible to run the GNS 530 display and/or hardware from a client computer. Here is the issue I can't solve.. I'm running immersion display pro to warp my screen. Every time I start P3d I have to drag the 530 window to my realsimgear hardware. I have tried to save the scenario after I have it setup, but this doesn't seem to work if I exit P3d. Is there anyway to get it to stay put on the correct display or run it from a client? Thanks..

I am currently using P3D v4 and vPilot. I have external speakers and a USB headset/mic.. So far I am able to get the aircraft sounds out of the speakers and I have the vPilot/ ATC only through my headset (which is what I want). Here's the question. If I want to listen to com2 through my headset how would I do this? I have not been able to find how to assign BOTH to a switch on my controller and if I did I'm not sure that would matter. Basically I would like to direct the audio from whatever source to either the speakers or the headset. Any Idea?

I know this question has been asked 1000 times, but there seems to be no real solution. I want to update the NavData since the 2007 is a bit outdated. I know it uses the Garmin files from the 530 trainer and in order to get the newest files you need to purchase them from Garmin which I did. Now that I paid my 150, there is no way to download them without having a actual GNS 530W to connect to. I have tried every method from the Garmin site and they all want to connect to the actual device. Is there anyway around this or anyway to get newer NavData files that will work with this?

I am currently running P3D v4 and I have 2 graphics cards in my PC. The 1st is an Nvidia used to drive 2 Projectors using Immersive Display Pro and the other is a AMD which is used to drive my display on my RealSimGear GNS 530 running Reality-XP. So my question is how can I save the location of the window used for Reality-XP in the RealSimGear? I have tried to set all the windows and save the flight and make it my default. All the other displays are loading correctly, just not the GPS. Any ideas?? Thanks...
