October 10, 200619 yr I live near KARB (Ann Arbor, MI) and would like FSX to show the correct time for EST. However, it seems the time is a couple of hours ahead. I can't figure out how to fix it. There is an option for sync with system time, and I have that box checked, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Any ideas? Thanks!Jesse
October 10, 200619 yr There is a small free utility which can be found in the library. It's called "sync" and it does exactly what its name implies - it syncs FS UTC time to real world UTC time.Search the library for sync2.zip.
October 10, 200619 yr thanks for the tip. Alas, it looks like it's just for FS9, but perhaps someone will develop something similar for FSX. I'm thinking there has to be some simple solution within FSX that I'm just overlooking...
