Sea water White textures when approaching

Hi Everyone

As I descend and approach any airport near water the textures start flashing to white around the aircraft. at cruise the water is fine. I use Rex and tried reinstalling the textures. the only thing i have added has been some ai aircraft and flightplans. can't currently load screenshots

 

 

Any advice what I  can do
