February 14, 20206 yr Just about to but a new computer to replace my 10 year old one! Spec will be i7 9700 16gb ram, 256sdd, 2t hdd and a RTX 2070 super graphics card. I will be running Prepar3d V4 on a single monitor, adding a 2nd older one later. For the main monitor I am considering one of the two linked below, thoughts on which would be best are appreciated.https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing ... 0-pdt.htmlhttps://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing ... 8-pdt.html CORSAIR OBSIDIAN SERIES™ 750D FULL TOWER CASE - Intel® Core™ i7 Eight Core Processor i7-9700K (3.6GHz) 12MB Cache - Gigabyte Z390 UD: ATX, LG1151 - 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3000MHz - NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER - 2TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA SATA-III 3.5" HDD, 6GB/s, 7200RPM, 256MB CACHE - 1TB INTEL® 760p M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (upto 3230MB/sR | 1625MB/sW) - CORSAIR 650W TXm SERIES - CoolerMaster MasterLiquid Lite 120 High Performance Liquid Cooler

At that screen size, you won’t see the individual pixels at 1440p so all you’d get for going to 4k would be a drop in performance. 4k makes sense for screens of 40”+ but little sense for those less than 30”. i7-14700k | Asus ROG STRIX Z790-F Gaming WIFI | 32GB DDR5 RAM | MSI RTX 4080 Super | WD Black SN850X 1TB & 2TB | Corsair HX1000i ATX3.0 | MSI MAG401QR 40" monitor | Win 11 Pro 64-bit | Meta Quest 3
