Installed Radar Contact on New PC. Have the encrypt tool downloaded and when I generate a new key and Paste RC comes back up to same register screen every time.Any Help Appreciated. Eddie

Hi Ray, I installed with ADM Privileges and created shortcut to taskbar. Click on taskbar RC screen come s up and then goes to Register screen where I run encrypt tool with name and product number. Thanks Eddie

Eddie, are you telling me you’ve sorted the problem? Are you running the two programs with admin privileges? I don’t know what sim you’re installing for? Steam or P3D? Not much info to go off. 😕

Where is RC4 installed?

Hi Ray, Am running both Programs with ADM Priviledges . After I paste key and click on it it reverts back to Encrypt screen and RC doesn't Launch. Installing into FSX Gold, Acceleration SP2. RC4.3 is installed in C:\RC4.3    Windows 10 . Thanks Eddie

Eddie, in your earlier post you mentioned entering your name and product key. There’s no need to enter your name. Just paste the product key into the encryption tool and hit the button to generate a key.

Paste the key into the field in RC4 and that should work. Name is only required when you purchased RC, not now.
