Active sky 16 dll.xml could not be verified

Hi

I´m trying to run AS16 on a second PC, but I don´t get any further than to the message telling me to fix or delete my dll.xml file. The part of the file concerning AS16 looks like this:

-<Launch.Addon>

<Name>as_connect</Name>

<Disabled>False</Disabled>

<Path>as_srv\as_btstrp.dll</Path>

</Launch.Addon>

Is something missing or??
