Hi guys

I have linda v3.1.1 with my VRinsight FCU with my FSLABS A320, sometimes when i run my the sim starting to prepar my flight when i come to use any button or knob in my FCU it doesn't work until i restart my sim despite i get the message that my fcu ready to use and when teh sim loads i get linda message that it is loading the profile don't touch and button or knob then it becomes ready, despite of that my fcu not work until i restart my sim again !!

Could anyone tells me away to reload my linda app and its settings without getting my sim restarted ?!

The initial connection to the VRI Combo Panel is made with FSUIPC when the Flt Sim is started. This connection is logged in the FSUIPCx.log. LINDA uses this connection when it starts or you click on Reload LUA Engine. 

A few uses have reported problems obtaining the initial FSUIPC connection but I have not had any reports of the connection being lost. Check the FSUIPCx.log to see how it reports the COMx connection. This is normally toward the beginning of the log.

Further to my previous comment, the problem some users have been experiencing is a a failure of their MCP Combo panel responding to the CMDRST instruction. The following additional parameter was made available in FSUIPC5.ini. 

To activate, (i.e. disable CMDRST calls) add a new flag to the [General] section of your ini file:

VRIDisableCMDRST=Yes
