Can I use the textures from FS9 in FSX.Example I have a lot of 737's.Can I copy the texture and add it to aircraft.cfg by matching description with the default 737?Thanks,Ron

Hi,I don't have FSX so I can't speak with authority. But I think FSX will work with the texture format from FS9. After all people have installed FS9 aircrafts into FSX.But if you have a lot of default FS9 737 texures you want to use on the default FSX 737, the reason the answer would be 'No', is because the model is different(from what I have read).It's my understanding that the FS9 737 is a 737-700, and the FSX 737 is a 737-800, so they are two different models. In other words the model has been changed for the 737 in FSX, and as you probably know, paint jobs only work on the model they are painted for.In regards to answering the question in the thread title alone, I believe FS9 aircraft textures will work in FSX.Hope that helps

Actually in FS-2004 it's a 737-400.
