Serious betatester wanted (FSX Pushback gauge)

Featured Replies

Hi,I have updated my "groundhandling" package (Pushback, Taxispeed, etc) for use with FSX.And YES, the pushback gauge now interworks flawlessly (I hope :-) ) with the new pushback tugs in the FSX scenery !What I expect:- Someone who is familiar with all functions of the V4.0 package on FS9.- Is willing to spend some time on testing it out fully.- Have a close look at of the README.- Is able to handle a 500 Kbyte zipfile via EmailIf you're interrested, send me an EMail (see my V4.0 package for address).Rob Barendregt

Sorry, this may be a bit off topic, but I really do wish that one thing had been implemented in FSx that could have been done (probably) so easily. I wish that in the ATC dialog box that you call up with the ` key, that we could 'call' the pushback tug to push us back and then tell us when they are disconnected so we can begin our taxi. Is this possible in your Groundhandling package one day?

You mean that the pushback tug determines to which spot the aircraft is pushed back and then automatically releases ??That'll be the day :-)Surely, that would be possible (like the Taxi guidance to the runway); it's in principle the same thing. Also, all the airport vehicles allready now know their way around the airport.FS-11 perhaps ??Rob
