I have come across users who are having trouble with installation and when they call MS , they need to have their product ID. Obviously they cannot get to the ID because the install has failed. Question; is it a violation of my EULA if I disclose the product ID to that person? I would assume the Product ID is the same on all packages, as opposed to the Key code which is uniqueThanksBill

No, the product ID is unique as well--so don't share it.
